ladies and gentlemen, under the CAC (canadian association of coaches) and through the NCCP (national coaching certification program) i present to you, myself...COACH JAY - the nationally certified level I coach..the coach who coaches all coaches..the cockroach coach of couches and coke!

couple that with my athletic therapist skills...some sport psychology backing and shit...we got grounds for the creation of a world class athlete.

actually, no we dont...im probably never gonna coach. however, we'll see how good a fighter i become. from there, it just might all fall into place and summer cash. oh!
