let me guess onigirman, it's arnold's encyclopedia for modern bodybuilding isn't it? please tell me it's the old skool yellow version and not the silver and black revision (i have the old skool version too). ya see, the old skool version touches on and advocates, to an extent, steroid use. very unorthodox by today's standards -- especially from gov. arnie himself. check out onigiriman (see link on right)if yall have the time. great reads.
