well, im supposed to be on my way, or for that matter, at wonderland right now. that's not happening. why? cause people don't know how to plan properly. *ahem*...i dont gotta mention names...but hey, im sometimes one of those people so i shouldn't complain.
as for this past weekend, it was pretty dope. happy belated, again to rocky. you're old man. i mean im old too, but thats old news. youre the latest breaking old news. i hope he had a good time. i never knew the human stomach could hold that much liquid, let alone alcohol, in one sitting. i should do a thesis on that. but yea, hopefully he had a good time.
taking you back to friday, we all went to sega city for good times. mind you, that's my old work back in the days of gr.11. good thing i didn't see any managers..[mumbles]stupid jagoffs wanting me to stay and work till 1am on skool days. screw you! but yea, bout sega, me and a chosen few went rock climbing. i didn't make it up that far. why? well, i guess the rockwall gods just didn't like me that day. but yea, for all of you who watch american gladiators or see rock climbers, i want you to know that it's not all cut out as it seems. its not fun. good experience, but not fun. first of all, for some reason, my novice-class friends wanted to try the advanced wall for a challenge. mind you, none of us have ever climbed a rock wall before. shoot, the only thing i climb are fences and ladders and that aint nuttin compared to no make shift wall with make shift ledges. anyhow, if anyone plans on climbing in the future, i should let you know in advance that you're about to get a real lesson, first hand, in the meaning and process of lactic acid production and fatigue in your muscles. primarily in the deltoid and latissimus dorsi regions (in laymen's terms your shoulders and back). also, you're gonna learn that no matter how much your mind wants to continue, your body will sometimes kick your mind in the balls and say, "no way, jose, it ends now and it ends here". so yea, its not always mind over matter.
and that was friday.
saturday was dinner and drinks before clubbing. i guess it really does all come out when someone's toasted. last time we all go to a fancy, posh eatery with drunken master manrique. he's almost as loud and boisterous as i am. after that, we hit tonic...it was the celebrant's choice mind you. i dont even know why we did all of these festivities for his birthday. i think he believes hes the queen of england or something. but hey, it's all good. no complaints on my part. as for the happenings in tonic, well...that's a whole other entry in itself, that id really like to hear be told from colin, the 3rd person. i like his way of words and i value his accountability. so yea, keep an eye out for that. in summary, it was drinks, girls, patting girls on their heads for jokes (no, this is a literal not symbolic reference - people were really patted on their scalps like good obedient pets or children), "go go go go go" dance circles and.....guy's grabbing my side (ie on my ribs) to move me??? whatsupwitdat? that, too, should be accounted for by mr. CG. but yea, all in all, it was a good weekend. it would've been dope to the max (haha who says that?) if wonderland was on the agenda today. but hey, its aite...maybe downtown sounds like an alternative.
my weeks are numbered folks! so are some of yours. make it last, and make it count. the next summer i'll see is after i graduate, so you know damn well, i gotta get wasted severely within the next four-week stretch.
