so said ice cube.
or it will be a good day...so said jay.

a good day is:
- when your parents make plans to spend time rather than bite eachother's heads off
- when you have an unusually large appetite in the morning for a "filipino breakfast" (eggs with onions and a side of fried rice)
- when there's enough o.j. in the fridge for me to start my day off (fortified with calcium too, holla!)
- when there's a fresh razor blade in the washroom waiting for you
- when the air is crisp and you can feel it hit your lungs once you step outside
- when your dog's tail wags furiously at the sight of you and a milkbone
- you have a pay cheque waiting for you at work (i cop mine at the end of my shift - it motivates)
- when you look in the mirror and notice the black circles under your eyes have dissipated
- when you hear that song in the morning that you seem to sing to yourself all day long
- when you reach into your drawer and there's a matched pair of socks already together
- when you look on the shelf in your room and view life's collection of novels, textbooks, lab manuals and readers (personally, i view these all as badges of honor)

you really can't expect much out of life.
that's why you should learn to appreciate even the stupidest, minute things around you.

man, im old.

that was shades of siddhartha gotoma reaching nirvana.

good.

wessssyyyyyyde!

awww, don't do that.
(unless it's a cracker-pig or that guy who killed ricky)
