if youre familiar with pete rock's instrumental series (petestrumentals & surviving the elements - as i have plugged on here several a time), then you'll love this. some horns..some drums...half hip hop half jazz...all good.

you probably know ecko, the brand with the rhino, right? what you probably didnt know is that the founder is mark ecko. and what you didnt know about mark ecko is that before he was this big sportswear entrepreneur, he was a graf artist. this video game is hip hop culture..specifically, the writing element (graf). and dare i mention?...talib kweli is the main character's voice! and a supernice hip hop soundtrack of course. i love you, playstation.
