im more of a head. a hip hop head. i listen to some rock...i tolerate more, really. dont get me wrong..rock is cool. it really is.

my hip hop girl is soulful, down to earth and oh so fresh.
my rocker girl is potty-mouthed, rebellious, punked out and faux-hawked with an edge.

both are cool. i love them both.
with both, beautiful sandwiches can be made.

but why do i even have to make things in terms of polarized thought?
why do you have to be either, or?

i listen to some rock...tolerate more, really.
just a random thought as always because let it be known, without rock, hip hop would never be.

but to let you know what rock im interested in checking out rite now...y'all shove some screaming eagles into your ears.
no vocals; instrumentals only.

because vocals today suck for the most part.
write the words "sunday morning" in your song and youre all of a sudden "deep". at least that's what the screaming eagles feel.

in both hip hop and rock worlds...at least in mine, there's one commonality -- the trend of me becoming more and more interested in the instrumentation and production/arrangement value of a song.
my tastes are becoming more and more complex.

y'all check out those effin a-holes called the screaming eagles.

p.s. i made a grown man cry today. yea, there's remorse. of course.
