so tonight is the 2 hour finale of the contender. imma have to go with peter manfredo as victor-supreme in this one. i think he's lb for lb the best fighter. and besides as far as im concerned, the semi final bout two weeks ago between peter and alfonso should've been the final...so whoever peter fights (in this case sergio) is of no concern to me 'cause i know peter will give him a good beating. but hey..anything can happen in boxing, so y'all go peep the live main event tonight at 8pm on nbc.

me personally, i have a previous committment to hit the gym...where my own contender mentality shall kick in. i hope my designated taper comes thru (rj, this means you).

here's my workout in the meantime.
no bullshit. no posing. no posturing. no social tea parties at the gym...just intensity.

  • stretching
  • 1 mile run
  • core work
    - swiss ball leg raises
    - medicine ball reaches (w. partner)
    - back extensions
    - knee tucks
  • shoulder workout
    - seated shoulder presses
    - lateral raises
    - upright rows
    - swiss ball posterior delt raises
    - push up circuit
  • 2 lap cooldown/stretching



    ta-da!
