im such a slob. who uses a laptop on their lap? really. as i type this from my bed and on my back, im left to wonder the long term effects, if any, of having a computer radiate and emit whatever kind of waves they do from its internal workings into my torso. everything under and around the ribs do compose the "vital regions". im left wondering, "is this gonna mess me up?"

anyhow, to start your day off, make some breakfast for you and your mutha..i mean mother. juice some carrots, honey tangerines and oranges...boil some eggs and prep some oatmeal. breakfast doesnt have to be extraordinary to be healthy or meaningful. next, drive over to the train station and hop on the next train east towards downtown toronto. enjoy the sights and sounds (and stench) of chinatown before heading over to the big mall located in the core of the city. we ate chinese by the way...it was a toss up between viet or chinese. the big red machine or sleeping giant known as china won because they had the steamed fish that my mutha...i mean mother desired. i added a side dish of that spicy eggplant that i treasure so. back to that mall in the core - shop around...and around..but really just walk for the sake of walking. head west and back home...but not before picking up that roast chicken deal from the nearest grocer.

zoom.

830am class. again...not since first year. oh well..with 4 day weekends (2nd year in a row. damn i plan well) who the fuck am i to complain?
