im in the parking structure 2 computer lab. william small, i believe it's called. i've been on break since 1130 and i've done squat.
here are some random observations and comments:

  • computer games are bad
dude directly in front of me is playing some kind of epic game that includes a swordsman, some villagers and a whole lot of time wasting. he's like me with the wasted time except he is actually getting somewhere (in a video game)

  • laptops shouldn't have gone on sale
everyone has a freakin' laptop on campus. not that i care but i just think it should be pointed out that we're in a time period we're everyone is switching over from pen and pad to keyboard. if i can recall, some of the most important inventions of our time include the printing press, the telephone and the internet (to name a few). meanwhile, everyone's buying into the internet and computers are an alarming rate. this means faster computers are becoming cheaper and more and more computers are becoming outdated at an alarming rate. my point? there is none. it just irks me that fools with laptops during lecture are either listening to mp3s or playing solitaire. wtf dude, wtf!

  • i don't learn
i should've eaten a slice of toast with nutella; even a bowl of oatmeal would've been much better. 6 hours prior to now, i ate a bowl of cereal...WITH COW'S MILK. as stated before, me and dairy don't mix. my stomach is squeeling and cringing. aside from that, i passed up running my mile today to eat a footlong sub. who does that? i guess i'll just have to workout after class around 530pm. stupid (lazy) jay.

  • things are becoming way too routine
other than sundays where it's church - work - study - sleep,my daily dilly is the same ol' same ol'. basically wake up,- go to school - learn - hit the gym - eat - come home - study - sleep -next day: repeat. same ol' same ol'. then again, i broke today's schedule - i sub'd a sandwich instead of running. i shouldn't be so quick to judge.

  • it's getting cold again
i was born and raised in southern ontario, canada. i have circled the sun for 23 years now. my experience here is that it's getting colder. snow is nice; the experience of 4 seasons is grand. but i hate the winter. my tropical ass wasn't designed for this. you heard it here first: it's almost official - once i get the chance, im moving to a warmer place where i'll make love to my wife, raise some kids, make more love to my wife, work my career till retirement, hopefully continue with the love making and then move to another place where i'll retire. it's not even a nice cold anymore -- it's more of a 'cold down to your bone marrow' kind of cold.

  • i make good playlists
i always love crate-diggers/diggin'. it's a culture in itself. coming back from the jamiroquai concert a few weeks ago, i was amazed by the live set of old funk, soul and jazz records he played before spinning the current (copyright-obtained) versions/samples of songs. here's my own playlist you might wanna taste (recognize any sounds?):
