the thing about us kinesiologists is that we really love to fuck around with these vessels of life we call "bodies".

i've come across peers who have used
beta-blockers to deal with the stress that surround exams.
on the polar opposite side of the spectrum, ive also come across peers who use caffeine,
ephedrine and
speed, to name a few, in an attempt to stay more alert and focused while studying.

surprisingly, i've never had to resort to that.
i started this week with an exam..and tomorrow, on a friday night(!), from 7-9pm, i end my week with yet another exam.
